What's your return policy?

At Velvet Paw, we accept return requests within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, just email us at velvetpawinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We currently don’t offer exchanges, but eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

When will I get my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. After that, shipping times vary by location: typically 7–15 business days for the US and Canada, 8–18 days for Europe, and 6–14 days for Asia-Pacific regions. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, holidays, or courier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
