🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Velvet Paw

At Velvet Paw, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read below for our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging

To start a return, contact us at velvetpawinfo@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photo evidence if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or items marked Final Sale

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without prior approval


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 10–12 business days for processing

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

If the item was lost or never arrived after 50 days, contact us and we’ll investigate or re-ship if eligible.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to fulfillment logistics. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged, incorrect, or defective item sent by us

We will provide return instructions upon approval.
