ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 6–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking info.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer worldwide shipping. Some items may be unavailable in certain countries due to import restrictions or supplier coverage, please check the supplier for the shipping details (Shopify)

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping on orders over [$50 USD].
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive this via email once your order has shipped.
If your tracking number doesn’t update within a few days, don’t worry — it may take time for the courier to register the package. You can always reach out to us if you’re unsure.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Velvet Paw is not liable for any customs fees or delays.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
